The Timesheet tool is found in User Tools and provides a place to view and make corrections to timesheets. Typically, timesheets are entered through the Amp Onsite mobile app for iOS or Android. Once processed, they will appear in the timesheet tool on the web portal.


The timesheet will load on the current work week. It may start on Sunday or Monday, depending on preferences you have defined under Preferences in Admin Tools. Tasks and timesheet events are grouped by day, with hourly totals for each day. A summary of Break Time, Work Hours, and Total hours are listed at the bottom.


The refresh button in the top right will process any timesheet entries and updated the current timesheet table. Timesheet entries are automatically processed at the end of the day.


The work week can be browsed using the left and right arrow buttons. To view a specific user's timesheet, select them from the drop down like in the following image:



To add a new timesheet entry manually, press the + Add button. This will bring up the Add Timesheet Entry panel.



Enter the information for the following fields:


Activity - The type of timesheet activity you want to add

Date - The date the timehseet entry occurs on

Start Time - The start time

End Time - Then end time

Hours - The calculated number of hours that will be automatically entered once the start time and end time are supplied


Press the Submit button and a new timesheet entry will be added.
