In the Amp Onsite mobile app, tasks from work orders, shop jobs, and sales processes are listed in one place to display both daily and active tasks that have been assigned. Selecting the Tasks tool from the main menu will bring you to the tasks page.

Pressing on a task in the list will bring up that task's page.

All tasks page feature a record photo and the following five buttons:

Camera - Accesses the mobile devices camera to take a picture, which is then added to the galllery

Phone - Call the primary contact associated with the task

Map - See where the task is located (customer, facility, location) and get directions

Complete - Completes the task

Start/Stop - Adds a timesheet entry for the task, use the green play icon to start the task, and the red stop button to stop the task

Along with the five buttons are a list of navigation buttons, which include:

Details - The wiki-like description of the task and important documents associated with the task

Gallery - Pictures taken during the course of the task

Data - Data collection and tracking that should be collected during the task

Forms - Forms that need to be filled out for the task

Equipment - A list of equipment associated with the task

Parts - A list of parts used to complete the task

Sign - Capture a signature for the task from the customer, which is then used to generate a task report

Notes - General notes, communication, and exchanges related to the task

If tasks are properly scheduled, then they will be listed in a way similar to a task list for the employee to complete. This can make it easy to communicate an employees tasks for the day and provide a way for them to track time with a few button presses.

Once a task is completed, it may be necessary for a customer to review the task and provide a signature. Once the signature is captured, the signature will be stored, along with the customer's name on the server and a document generated including the information collected for the task.
