While using the Amp Onsite mobile app, data will be synced and updated as necessary. However, to maintain offline data and submit data that is collected while offline, it is best to sync data when you have a good connection. Syncing at the beginning and end of a shift can ensure that data is up-to-date each day.


To sync data, press the Sync Data button found on the dashboard. Data will begin syncing. If corrupted data is detected while syncing, you will be shown an error page with the option to Repair Data. You should only repair data when you have access to a good connection. Records will be uploaded one at a time and multiple tries will be made to sync all data. If multiple failures occur, and there is no way to repair the corrupted data, then it may be overwritten or discarded. At this point, the system should function properly.
