The Documents tool is a place to manage your user documents and see documents for all records within the Amp Onsite solution. Files can be uploaded by dragging and dropping them to the files view. Files stored in the Amp Onsite solution are cached locally on your server instance and stored offsite in Amazon S3 storage.

Pressing on a directory in the files view will display the files in that directory.

Pressing on a file in the files view will bring up the View Document panel that displays a preview of the file, lets you open it in a new tab, and copy a link that you can send to external partners to view the file. Adding a label to a document will make it show up in an Important Documents section for related records.
