You can now sync the sales calendar with outlook.  


  1. Go to the Sales Calendar and click on Share Calendar
  2. Copy the iCalendar link.
  3. Log in to your Outlook365 account through the web.
  4. Go to your Outlook Calendar
  5. Click on Add Calendar > From Internet.
  6. Paste the link in the first text box for linking calendars.
  7. Name the calendar Sales or Sales Calendar
  8. Click the Save button.

Your sales activity will now be imported into Outlook and sync every 1-3 hours.

To add sales activity from a scheduled event, add salescalendar@<your account>.amponsite.com to the Outlook event.  Note that the contact must be included, and the contact must be associated with a customer or the customer named within the subject or body for a sales activity to be created.
